Refund & Replacement Policy

AIZ Sports Policies

At AIZ Sports, we are committed to providing high-quality sports gear and excellent customer service. Below are our policies to ensure a seamless experience:


Product Warranty

  • Cricket Bats:

    • 1-year replacement warranty for manufacturing defects.
    • Warranty covers handle issues or storm/internal stress damage within 6 months.
    • Does not cover improper use, weather damage, non-leather ball use, or poor maintenance.
  • Protective Gear, Apparel, & Luggage:

    • 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects.
    • Does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, or fading of materials/colors over time.

Warranty Claims:

  • Email us at info@aizsports.com with your order ID, photos, and issue details.
  • Ship products to us for inspection (shipping costs borne by the customer).
  • Valid claims will be repaired or replaced within 10-14 days.

Product Replacement

  • Products can be replaced within 7 days of receipt for valid reasons under warranty.
  • Customized products are non-replaceable unless defective.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition with original labels.

Replacement Process:

  • Email info@aizsports.com with order details and issue.
  • Approved replacements are processed in 14 days (subject to stock availability).
  • Shipping costs for replacements are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement.
  • Customization orders cannot be canceled after placement.
  • Refunds are processed within 3-4 working days (deductions may apply for incurred costs).

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for canceled orders (excludes shipping charges).
  • Gateway and handling charges will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds may take a few days to reflect, depending on your payment platform.
